I have been a member of the Cluj Bar since 2007. I have practiced criminal law since 2010, when I co-founded, together with two other colleagues, a law firm dedicated exclusively to this area of practice. In 2021, I decided that an independent professional path suited me better. I collaborate with several fellow attorneys, including those from ZIC.LEGAL.

I serve as a legal advisor on the Council of the Cluj Bar and on the Council of the UNBR.

I am a co-author of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Article‑by‑Article Commentary (coordinator: Mihail Udroiu), published by C.H. Beck Publishing House, 2nd, 3rd and 4th editions, the most recent published in 2023 (available here).
